The lime rotary kiln is the main equipment for calcining active lime. It consists of a cylinder, support devices, a support device with hydraulic rollers, a drive device, a lubrication device, a kiln tail sealing device, and other components. It is characterized by a simple structure, reliable operation, and a production process that is easy to control automatically. When the lime rotary kiln is operating normally, power is transmitted from the main drive motor through the main reducer to the open gear device, driving the rotary kiln. Materials enter the kiln from the kiln tail (the high end of the cylinder) for calcination. Due to the cylinder's inclination and slow rotation, the materials both tumble circumferentially and move axially (from the high end to the low end). The resulting clinker passes through the kiln head hood into the cooler for cooling. Fuel is injected into the kiln through the kiln head, and the combustion exhaust gas exchanges with the materials before being discharged from the kiln tail.
